All this talk about oil lately, the evil oil companies and offshore drilling has got me thinking, what do you guys want with old, dirty, expensive carbon emitting oil when we can easily have carbon neutral bug created petrol for around $50 a barrel?
There's been a lot of talk about respect lately. Maybe I haven't been paying attention but it seems in the last twenty four hours every pundit and journalist has declared that what Hillary is angling for is some "respect."
What bothers me about this is that it insinuates that she has not been respected by Obama and that somehow Obama owes Clinton something that might be adequate of a show of respect . . .
When the voting started for the Obama in :30 ads I stayed up till 4:00 in the morning one night voting on ads just so I could try to get to vote on this ad, thats the kind of impression it left on me!
I honestly want to find out if it's just me. Please watch this ad, and I have to tell you it helps if you watch it more than once, and tell me what you think.
I do, I think the guy is hilarious. I watched his speeches yesterday and I thought he was incredibly funny and entertaining, nothing controversial at all.
I don't know why everyone is freaking out about these speeches, but I suspect a number of these diaries are concern trolls trying to divide us or disillusion us. Maybe it's even the Clinton strikers coming back as trolls.
But, I totally don't understand why anybody is offended by him or his very recent speeches. I'm not offended at all by him. In my opinion, with these speeches, Rev. Wright did exactly what he had Every right to do a month ago but didn't out of respect for Senator Obama.
More conspiracy theories below and detailed analysis of what makes Rev. Wright a total asset.
Is that just wishful thinking from a helpless hope-monger?
I am thoroughly convinced at this moment that Obama is the democratic nominee. The superdelegates will not abandon the possibility of a landslide win this Novermber. The superdelegates will not reject the millions of new voters that Obama brings to the table. And, the superdelegates will not change the rules of the primary in the middle of the process and they will definately not overturn the pledged delegate votes.
